Chris along with his wife Carol are co-founders of Tend Ministries, which provides personal, professional, and organizational development for pastors, churches, ministry teams and leaders. Chris and Carol have more than 40 years of experience in creating a ministry culture that focuses on teamwork and inclusivity. Chris is a pastor at heart and is a sought-after speaker at leadership conferences both in the US and around the world. He is known for his gifted communication skills and the ability to present God’s love in a relevant way. Carol flows in prophetic ministry and brings a relevant message of purpose and destiny to God’s people. She has a burden to see them come into a deeper devotion to Christ and to fulfill their God-ordained purpose and calling. Together, Chris and Carol have been married for 37 years and have three adult children who are all married and have given Chris and Carol three grandchildren.
